I’m Kimberly Olson
I’m a self-made millionaire and creator of The Goal Digger Girl, where I serve female entrepreneurs by teaching them simple systems and online strategies in sales and marketing. Through the power of social media, they are equipped to explode their online presence and get real results in their business, genuinely and authentically.
The Elephant Sisters community is a place to support women no matter what business they are pursuing, even when life happens and things get hard. We want to make sure they pursue that business and dream.

The Story of Elephant Sisters
In the wild, when a mama elephant is giving birth, all the other female elephants in the herd back around her in formation. They close ranks so that the delivering mama cannot even be seen in the middle. They stomp and kick up dirt and soil to throw attackers off the scent and basically act like a pack of badasses.
They surround the mama and incoming baby in protection, sending a clear signal to predators that if they want to attack their friend while she is vulnerable, they’ll have to get through 40 tons of female aggression first.
When the baby elephant is delivered, the sister elephants do two things: they kick sand or dirt over the newborn to protect its fragile skin from the sun, and then they all start trumpeting, a female celebration of new life, of sisterhood, of something beautiful being born in a harsh, wild world despite enemies and attackers and predators and odds.
Scientists tell us this: They normally take this formation in only two cases – under attack by predators like lions, or during the birth of a new elephant.
This is what we do, girls. When our sisters are vulnerable, when they are giving birth to new life, new ideas, new ministries, new spaces, when they are under attack, when they need their people to surround them so they can create, deliver, heal, recover…we get in formation. We close ranks and literally have each others’ backs. You want to mess with our sis?

Kimberly has been featured on the cover of Success Pitchers Magazine as a ‘ Self Made Social Media Mogul,’ as well as ‘ Top 10 Most Ambitious Women in Business to Follow.’ She is a TEDx speaker and her recent speech was listed as one of the ‘ 10 Top TEDx Talks that You Don’t Want to Miss.’ Kimberly also has two PhDs in Natural Health and Holistic Nutrition. She is the author of seven books including several #1 international best-sellers, has a top 25 rated podcast in marketing with over 700,000 downloads and has reached the top half percent globally in network marketing. Most recently she has shared the stage with Rachel Hollis, John Maxwell, Kathleen Cameron and Jessica Higdon.
She is a busy mom of two and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Scott. Her favorite thing about being a mompreneur is being able to take care of her family while building an empire. And of course, she also loves teaching others how to follow their dreams, crush their goals and create the life they’ve always wanted.

Allyson Mancini is the Operations Director at Goal Digger Girl Co. Allyson grew up a Michigander and now lives in South Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing/Management at Northwood University.
Now married 30 years with two amazing adult children. Before coming on to Goal Digger Girl Co., she was a SAHM/part-time worker for 24 years. Now an empty nester and full-time back in the work world, Allyson has discovered her true passion supporting and encouraging women in all aspects of their lives! All of Allyson’s past work experiences have given her the deep desire to support, encourage and inspire women and she is honored to be a part of the Goal Digger Girl Headquarters!
Tori Edwards
Treasurer
Tori Edwards is the Finance Manager at Goal Digger Girl Co. She is a mom of 2 and a wife to her amazing and supportive husband of 20 years! She has been an accountant for over 25 years empowering biz owners to gain clarity of their biz finances. Outside of her passion for all things finances, she enjoys being outdoors running, hiking, biking and swimming and traveling with her family.
